Key Responsibilities Complete month-end accounting close processes and analyze general ledger accounts. Manage day-to-day client relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain organized work papers. Address complex accounting issues using strong conceptual judgment and initiative. Coach and mentor team members in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Review work product for quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. BA in Accounting or Finance preferred. QuickBooks experience preferred. Experience in a client- or customer-facing environment. Background working with multiple clients and/or organizations preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail.
