Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, OR directly related field Approximately 2-9 years of accounting experience in corporate or public environments Hands-on general ledger and month-end close experience Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations Working knowledge of

U.S. GAAP

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis Experience using an ERP or accounting system

DUTIES:

Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple legal entities Assist with the elimination of intercompany transactions and balances Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts involving domestic and international affiliates Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies Prepare supporting schedules for external audits, bank reporting, and covenant compliance Assist with sales and use tax, property tax, and other state and local tax filings Prepare monthly management reports and budget-to-actual variance analysis

Pay:

$80,000.00
