Our systems power high-volume consumer acquisition across multiple verticals, processing large-scale traffic and real-time decisioning in dynamic market environments. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support and enhance our financial close and reporting processes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role is responsible for owning key aspects of the monthly close, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization. You will work closely with Accounting and Finance partners to deliver timely insights, strengthen internal controls, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Own and support components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses Reconcile subledger activity to general ledger balances, ensuring accuracy and completeness Perform detailed variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying drivers and providing clear explanations Prepare and coordinate financial reporting deliverables for management, segment, and corporate reporting Post payroll-related journal entries in NetSuite and ensure alignment with payroll reporting and controls Support general ledger accounting by preparing documentation and audit-ready support for transactions Maintain and enhance documentation of accounting processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as neededRequirements:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of experience in a large public accounting firm or 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in industry Hands-on experience preparing account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses Experience with payroll accounting processes and related journal entries Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications CPA or CPA candidate Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems Experience working in a high-volume, data-driven or technology-enabled business Working Environment Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities Requires strong collaboration across Accounting, Finance, and business teams Ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently with minimal supervision Compensation The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $90,000-100,000.
