$95,000 – $110,000 + 10% Bonus Manufacturing / Distribution About the Opportunity – Senior Accountant Our client, a growing organization in the durable products industry, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This hybrid role offers excellent visibility to leadership, opportunities for advancement, and exposure to a dynamic business environment focused on continued growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities – Senior Accountant Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support inventory accounting activities, including cycle counts and inventory analysis Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Participate in financial reporting and management reporting activities Analyze inventory transactions throughout the inventory lifecycle Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Support audit requests and regulatory reporting requirements Assist with process improvement initiatives within the accounting function Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, inventory, and finance teams Qualifications – Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance degree may be considered 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, or another durable products environment required Strong understanding of inventory accounting and inventory lifecycle management Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations Financial reporting experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills Interest in long-term career growth and advancement opportunities #
