Full-time Reports to: VP, Controller About the Opportunity A growing, multi-location services organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support month-end close, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and support month-end close. Perform balance sheet, bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations. Process biweekly payroll and related journal entries. Analyze account activity and resolve discrepancies. Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation. Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls. Partner with HR, Operations, and other departments. Support special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 + years of accounting experience. Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation experience. Payroll experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills. ERP system experience required; ADP Workforce Now is a plus. Healthcare or multi-location experience preferred. CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
