Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Staff/Senior Accountant for a newly created opportunity in Lafayette Hill, PA. Responsibilities

• Manage GL accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close. Analyze financial activity and investigate variances or discrepancies. Support inventory, fixed asset, and financial reporting activities. Partner with field and operational teams to resolve accounting questions and issues. Assist with process improvements and internal controls. Qualifications
• 1+ year of accounting experience; 2+ years preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field highly preferred. Well-rounded GL accounting experience. Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Confident and effective communicator, especially with non-accounting business partners. Preferred Qualifications
• SAP experience. Distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience. Position Details

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30

PM Work Arrangement:

Hybrid

• 3 days in office, Tuesday-Thursday.

The position will likely be in-office more frequently during the first 60 days for training before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.
