Key responsibilities include:

Manage pharmacy-related accounting activities and financial transactions Prepare and review bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with month-end close activities Support accounting functions including cash reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliations, and in-kind contribution tracking Process employee expense reimbursements and support vendor setup and maintenance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities Strong experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience working with NetSuite or a similar ERP system Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Ready to Take the Next Step?
