Senior Accountant Salary:
$90-$115K + Bonus Senior Accountant - Why This Opportunity Stands Out We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing, collaborative organization in the North Denver metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys broad, hands-on accounting work and wants to make an impact within a fast-paced, evolving environment. Salary up to $115K based on experience, plus bonus potential Flexible hybrid schedule Supportive and highly collaborative accounting team Strong visibility and growth potential Broad exposure across financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, and operational accounting Opportunity to improve processes and help strengthen the accounting function as the company grows Senior Accountant - Key Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare journal entries, accruals, allocations, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation Maintain revenue recognition schedules and record entries in accordance with ASC 606 Support lease accounting under ASC 842, including right-of-use assets and lease liabilities Assist with payroll accruals and labor allocations Provide oversight and support across accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare schedules and documentation for the annual audit Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and other accounting initiatives Senior Accountant - Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close and financial statement preparation Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842, including an understanding of the related journal entries Experience working in a smaller, growing organization strongly preferred Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-directed professional who takes ownership and identifies solutions Experience supporting external audits and improving accounting processes CPA or public accounting experience is a plus but not required #LI-LJ #
