$90,000 – $105,000 + Bonus Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join a high-performing accounting team within a rapidly growing public company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience with month-end close and financial reporting, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, acquisition-driven business. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Analyze financial results and investigate account fluctuations Support financial reporting and compliance activities Participate in acquisition accounting and integration efforts Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of accounting standards Support internal and external audit requests Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies Partner with various departments to support operational and financial initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA heavily preferred or actively pursuing certification 3+ years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Highlights Fully remote position Public company experience High-growth organization with significant acquisition activity Direct exposure to executive leadership and senior finance professionals Strong promotion and career advancement opportunities Collaborative, team-oriented culture with excellent employee retention Work alongside highly accomplished accounting and finance professionals Employee Stock Purchase Program at a discounted purchase price Company-paid CPA license renewals, membership dues, and CPE expenses Generous PTO package 401(k) with immediate vesting and company match #LI-DB2 #
