A growing SaaS company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This position will play a key role in the monthly and quarterly close process, financial reporting, and accounting operations, with particular responsibility for supporting the company's international entities. Oversee accounting activity for international subsidiaries and coordinate with local accounting partners as needed Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of cross-border transactions Support foreign currency accounting, including remeasurement and translation Assist with revenue, deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other key balance sheet accounts Prepare and maintain schedules and documentation supporting the financial close and audit processes Partner with FP&A and other business teams to investigate variances and provide financial insights Support annual financial statement audits and tax-related requests Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting Assist with special projects related to system implementations, acquisitions, international expansion, and other corporate initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or other high-growth environment Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes Experience working with international subsidiaries and intercompany accounting Familiarity with foreign currency transactions and multi-entity consolidations Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP/accounting system Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment CPA or public accounting experience is a plus This is a remote role day to day, but candidates must reside in the NYC/NJ area in order to get to occasional meetings on short notice without travel or lodging accommodation Base salary 110-130k DOE plus bonus and benefits
