You'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports and tax returns for various small/ medium business clients. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and tax laws and tax return preparation skills. Previous work experience, along with a degree in accounting is required for this role. Responsibilities Keep up to date financial records for several small business clients Tax planning and tax projections Prepare 1120s, 1120-Ss, 1065s, 1040s and 1041s Maintain client relationships and be the point of contact for the client See an engagement from start to finish Requirements Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures Experience (or quick to learn) various accounting software Advanced MS Software knowledge Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information Experience that we would consider a plus, include: CS Professional Suite (Ultra Tax, FileCabinet CS & Accounting CS) QuickBooks Salary $75,000 - $115,000 based on level of experience/credentials Benefits Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Hybrid work environment post tax season Strong work/life balance
