Senior Accounting Analyst

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary Join our growing accounting team as a Senior Accountant! We are seeking an experienced professional who will take ownership of both General Ledger and Cash Accounting functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates expert attention to detail, and efficiently manages diverse accounting processes. Key Responsibilities General Ledger Accounting (50%): Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Analyze account variances and investigate discrepancies. Support preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed. Cash Accounting (50%): Monitor and record daily cash transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable, international funds transfers). Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Collaborate with AP/AR teams for accurate cash accounting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1- 3 years previous experience as Accounting Analyst or similar position Proficiency with MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively.
