Our client is an organization in the Washington County area that's looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, organized, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative culture, flexibility, and professional growth & development opportunities. This position is hybrid. The salary for this position is $77K - $102K. The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with annual audit requests by preparing and providing supporting documentation Contribute to accounting policy development, internal controls, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives Partner with sales, project managers, plant finance, and other business teams to support revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting processes Manage revenue recognition models, deferred revenue schedules, and accrued revenue schedules to ensure accurate revenue reporting Analyze customer contracts and project activity to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606 Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting tasks in a timely and accurate manner The Senior Revenue Accountant will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred 4+ years of related accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software, with Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus; advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
