This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can step in with confidence, take ownership of client work, and operate with a high level of independence.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and review business and individual tax returns (S-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals) Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, including: Monthly/quarterly close Bank and credit card reconciliations Financial statement preparation Assist with tax planning and projections Communicate directly with clients to request information and provide guidance Maintain organized, accurate workpapers and identify process improvements

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of public accounting experience (required) Strong background in tax preparation (no audit experience required) Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong client communication skills Nice to

Have:

Experience with S-Corps and Partnerships Familiarity with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) Experience with Lacerte or similar tax software EA or CPA preferred
