Senior Tax Accountant

Work Model:

Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote Location - Jericho, NY The firm is hiring one or two EA-level Senior Tax Accountants due to 2 Senior Tax Staff resigning this month. They need strong 1040/1065 preparers who want to learn and grow. The Partner will train heavily — you do not need to know every form. Very strong opportunity for someone who wants a stable, supportive environment. Candidate Profile —

MUST HAVES

• EA required
• 5-10+ years public accounting experience (no more than 12 years)
• Solid prep experience with 1040 and 1065
• Interest in learning more complex returns (they will teach)
• CPA eligible preferred (but not required)
• Long-term mindset — they want someone who stays
• Hybrid schedule availability

Salary:
