Senior Tax Accountant

Tax Senior or Tax Manager — Small Firm, Large Clients This small firm, led by Partners from larger firms, works with large and ultra high net worth clients, including businesses with revenues exceeding $300m. The work is complex, but the structure around it is intentionally controlled and work-life balance is great. Outside of tax season, the firm operates a four day work week. During busy season, hours remain measured too. Around 45 hours per week in January and February, rising to 50-55 hours through March and mid April. No mandatory Saturdays either. The role offers exposure to sophisticated tax work across high value clients, while working closely with experienced leadership in a hands on environment.
