Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for completion of client engagements including but not limited to compilations, reviews, audits and tax compliance. Ability to prepare and review corporate, partnership, not for profit, payroll, sales tax and individual tax returns. Preparing client correspondences including recommendations, technical issues and responses to taxing authorities. Lead necessary tax and accounting research projects using appropriate resources and technology.

Qualifications:

CPA certification or progress towards completion. Minimum 3-5 years public accounting / tax experience preferred. Accounting Degree from an accredited college/university. Proficiency in the taxation of corporations, partnerships, and other flow-through entities as well as a strong working knowledge in personal taxation. Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information. Build and manage client relationships.
