Senior Accountant (Hybrid) - Growing, Fun Company | Robert Half ClientAre you a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in Accounts Receivable and a passion for working in a collaborative, fast-growing environment? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, is looking to add a key member to their accounting team.

What You'll Do:

Accounts Receivable & Cash ManagementManage end-to-end A/R processes including invoicing, payment application, and collectionsPost daily cash receipts across multiple bank accounts and currenciesReconcile A/R balances to ensure accuracy and completenessProactively follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepanciesInvestigate billing issues and partner with internal teams and customers to resolve themRespond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statementsReporting & AnalysisPrepare and review A/R aging reports to track collections performanceAssist with monthly revenue and receivables reconciliationsPrepare Budget vs. Actual reportsSupport ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadershipMonth-End & AuditParticipate in interim and year-end audits by providing required documentationPerform month-end close tasks including A/R reconciliations and account analysisOwn and reconcile balance sheet accounts

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredStrong Accounts Receivable experience is a must3+ years of accounting experience (Senior-level preferred)Solid understanding of reconciliations and month-end closeExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
