Volt is immediately hiring for a Direct Hire, Hybrid Schedule, Senior Manufacturing Cost Accountant in Taylor, TX. As a Sr. Manufacturing Cost Accountant , you will: Lead product costing and inventory valuation activities. Analyze manufacturing costs and investigate cost variances. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve profitability and cost visibility. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Assist with physical inventory and cycle count programs. Develop reporting and provide financial insights to plant leadership. Support ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a hybrid schedule.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 4+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience. Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost analysis. Advanced Excel skills. Experience working with ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. Background supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate:
$75,000 - $105,000 annually. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
