Are you an experienced Staff Accountant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic, family-oriented environment? Our CPA firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Client Accounting Services (CAS) team. This role will focus on providing full-cycle accounting services to our non-profit clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle accounting for non-profit clients, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts Process tax filings and maintain supporting documentation Work directly with non-profit clients to address inquiries and provide guidance on accounting matters Collaborate with other team members to support client needs and deliver timely results Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and year-end closing processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably with non-profit clients Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and non-profit accounting standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
