This role is well suited for someone who works steadily, follows established procedures, and takes pride in producing accurate financial records and well-documented work. Core Responsibilities Process daily customer cash receipts, ACH activity, and related transactions, verifying accuracy across reporting systems and bank records Manage key accounts receivable activities, including past-due follow-up, customer correspondence, account statements, credit holds, refunds, write-offs, and coordination with collection partners Review and support credit-related decisions, including corporate account applications, payment variances, and customer credit limits within established guidelines Prepare and reconcile credit card activity, cash flow reporting, income statement accounts, and balance sheet accounts Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, budgets, and consolidated financial statement preparation Analyze financial trends and variances and provide clear support for reporting outcomes Support sales tax setup and filings in additional states and maintain current tax-exempt certificate documentation Participate in external audit preparation and help maintain internal controls aligned with accounting standards and business requirements Maintain department documentation and support additional accounting duties as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, reliable work Ability to follow established processes, maintain documentation, and work within accounting and compliance requirements Comfort managing recurring responsibilities that require consistency and follow-through over time Sound judgment when reviewing account activity, payment status, and supporting documentation Clear written communication for customer correspondence, reporting, and internal updates Ability to work collaboratively with finance, sales, management, customers, and external partners Experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a related finance function Working knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, and general accounting practices Experience with accounting systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheet-based analysis Familiarity with audit support, internal controls, and sales tax processes is helpful Join us to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values precision, innovation, and your professional growth!
