Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record journal entries to support accurate month-to-month financial activity.
- Maintain the general ledger by reviewing transactions, researching discrepancies, and keeping account balances current.
- Complete bank reconciliations on a regular basis and resolve variances in a timely manner.
- Assist with corporate tax and sales tax activities, including gathering data and supporting required filings.
- Contribute to the preparation of corporate tax return information by organizing financial details and supporting schedules.
- Use Excel to track accounting data, analyze records, and produce supporting documentation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and submitted on schedule.
