This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across accounting operations, revenue recognition, cash management, and financial reporting while supporting multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting activities, including account reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, accounts receivable, billing, and revenue recognition. This position will also partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and research/clinical teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls. Candidates should have experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, and ERP systems such as NetSuite. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
