Staff Accountant Salary:

Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly financial statements prepared by the offshore accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain fixed asset schedules and support balance sheet reconciliations. Serve as a backup to the Accounting Manager and assist with workflow coordination and mentoring of the accounting team. Identify process improvement opportunities, support internal controls, and assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience with strong month-end close, general ledger, and multi-entity accounting experience.
