Responsibilities:

Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records Perform monthly balance sheet and bank account reconciliations Manage and track fixed asset additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations Support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as needed Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciling items Assist with financial reporting and preparation of supporting schedules Analyze general ledger accounts and prepare account reconciliations Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience in a Staff Accountant or similar role Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred; experience with comparable ERP systems will be considered Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close procedures Experience with fixed asset accounting preferred Exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
