Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related technical field and 3+ seasons of public accounting experience, including internships. Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP or accounting software systems. Exposure to financial reporting, account reconciliations, or month-end close activities. Manufacturing industry internship or work experience.
