full-time Staff Accountant - High-Growth Health & Longevity Company in South FL We're working with a high-growth health and longevity company that is backed by major strategic investors and focused on developing science-backed products designed to support healthy aging and longevity. They're looking to add a Staff Accountant to their Finance team. This person will report directly to the Controller and have exposure to both core accounting responsibilities and broader financial/process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Support the month-end close, including preparing and posting GAAP-compliant journal entries Perform key balance sheet and bank reconciliations, including fixed assets Assist with financial statement preparation, management reporting, and variance analysis Support forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital tracking Partner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, AP, and AR on financial processes and data accuracy Help integrate financial data across ERP, CRM, and other systems Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes Support internal and external audit requests Assist the Controller with special projects and other financial initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong Excel skills Experience working within an ERP system Solid understanding of financial reporting and account reconciliations Someone proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally $75K - $100K, depending on experience If you are interested, please apply directly and email your resume to Cassidy Sullivan at csullivan@daleyaa.com
