Position Overview:

This role offers hands-on exposure to construction accounting and job costing, supporting the Finance Manager with vendor invoice processing, cost tracking, and month-end reporting, with a clear path to grow into a Project Accountant role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately review, code, and classify vendor invoices by project and cost type Support job costing and project cost tracking Maintain accounting data within Viewpoint Spectrum Assist with reconciliations and month-end close Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial data Provide general accounting support as needed Follow established accounting procedures while learning construction-specific best practices

Qualifications:
