Job Description

Overview Hill & Schultz, PC is a fast-growing small to mid-size public accounting firm seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in all types of business income tax preparation and a strong background in public accounting. We are looking for someone who is eager to take on responsibility, contribute to the growth of our firm, and support our expanding client base and range of services. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and business income tax returns Prepare tax planning for business and personal clients Bookkeeping and consulting with clients. Assist with additional tax filings and advisory services as needed. Manage multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client service Contribute to firm growth through teamwork and iniative Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required). Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax preparation Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
