Job Description
Tax Accountant (Public Accounting) How's life in your large, regional firm? No doubt you're enjoying the complex client base that you provide Tax compliance and advisory services to. The infrastructure, systems and processes are pretty good too, I bet. What about the future, though? There's a good few of your friends and peers alongside you at the Senior level. How likely is it you're going to get that promotion you've been holding out for? You've considered a shift to a smaller firm. You know you'll have a clearer Partner track, but you're that you'll just be stuck doing bog standard 1040's and small business returns. That won't be the case if you sign up with this 40 person, boutique firm in NJ. The Partners are all ex Top 20 Firms. A lot of their clients followed them. Their clients, will become your clients. Complex biz and entity returns. A nice mix of compliance and advisory. Superb tech. Quality systems and processes. The sort that you're used to in your big firm now. But you'll have more exposure to Partners. More chance to learn. And you could be their next home-grown Partner.
