Your Role:
Tax Associate As a Tax Associate , you'll collaborate with a talented team to deliver high‑quality tax services while continuing to grow your technical and leadership skills. You'll play a meaningful role in client success—one tax return at a time. What You'll Do Prepare business tax and some 1040 returns for a diverse client base Prepare tax provision schedules, returns, payments, and reports Maintain and manage client tax data and records Start reviewing tax returns prepared by other team members (depending on experience level) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends Conduct tax research and apply findings to client matters Identify opportunities for additional client services and collaborate with leadership ✅ What You Bring 1+ years of relevant tax experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting CPA eligible or CPA credentialed Strong understanding of tax accounting Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment Our Culture Collaborative, respectful, fun, and kind Employee‑centric, learning‑focused environment Firm‑wide commitment to work/life balance Dress for Your Success - choose what works for you Accessible leadership and open communication Aprio Alliance Member Regular firm-wide and one‑on‑one meetings Employee recognition, including Employee of the Month Benefits & Rewards 401(k) with firm contribution Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
