As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to project accounting initiatives that drive business performance.

Staff Accountant:

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger in compliance with GAAP standards Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close activities Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and tracking payments Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records Contribute to job costing, WIP schedules, and overall project financial tracking Monitor project performance, including costs, billing, and budget alignment Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy Support audit processes and provide required documentation Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations Qualifications of the

Staff Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within construction or a project-based environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting practices Experience with accounting or ERP systems (construction software a plus) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Submit your resume today for immediate consideration!
