Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and dependable Accountant to join our construction business. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in the construction industry or with construction-related accounting. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain accurate financial records and account reconciliations Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting Process invoices, payments, and expense reports Monitor job costs, project expenses, and budgets Assist with payroll and related accounting functions Prepare and maintain financial documentation Work closely with management, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting requirements Qualifications Accounting degree or equivalent accounting experience preferred Construction accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with job costing, project accounting, or construction-related financial reporting is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member Compensation & Benefits We offer excellent pay based on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package, including: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for long-term growth within a successful construction company If you are an experienced accountant looking for a great opportunity with a stable and growing construction company, we would love to hear from you!
