The ideal candidate is motivated to understand the business, can learn to ask the right questions, and apply that knowledge to effectively support finance. Job Responsibilities Support Operations Finance with reporting, analysis, and financial insights Partner cross-functionally with operations teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements Process and review inventory adjustments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Analyze inventory discrepancies and trends, identifying root causes Evaluate consumables stock levels and implement controllable measures Spend time on the production floor to understand inventory flow, identify pain points, and perform audits Prepare detailed expense reporting and analysis Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting Provide flexible support to operational finance to meet evolving business needs Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or related field 1-3 years of experience in operations/supply chain finance or cost accounting Ability to understand standard costing, inventory management, and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, pivot tables) Preferred experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or accounting software Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions Work Environment Combination of office and some manufacturing floor presence Hands-on involvement with operations and inventory processes Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong cross-functional interaction On-site presence required We Offer A competitive benefit package Growth and advancement opportunities Paid Time Off from day One 10 company-paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement A generous 401(k) contribution Raycap is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
