Approximately $75,000 - $85,000 annually (accountant-level positions)

Key Responsibilities Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Accounting Administration Manage property tax payments and filings. Process business license applications and renewals. Review and reconcile sales tax and accommodation tax returns. Accounts Payable & Financial Support Monitor and maintain bank account balances. Assist with weekly accounts payable processing and check runs. Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support daily accounting operations and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Previous accounting experience; hospitality industry experience is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and other financial management tools is preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
