About The Role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CAS Associate to join our Client Accounting Services team. This is a salaried, full-time in-office or hybrid position where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional financial and accounting solutions to our clients. CAS Associate - Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients to manage their day-to-day accounting and financial needs. Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for clients. Maintain accurate and organized financial records for assigned client accounts. Perform payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in hours worked, tax withholdings, and deductions. Assist in developing and applying accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve timely and efficient completion of client projects. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Participate in process improvements to support operational efficiency within the department. CAS Associate - Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or other similar platforms. Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards. Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 1 - 3 years of previous experience in client accounting services, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
