Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Accountant who combines exceptional technical financial acumen with a proactive, leadership-oriented mindset. In this pivotal role within our Finance team, you will drive financial clarity and operational efficiency. You will be directly responsible for deep-dive financial reporting, strategic cash flow forecasting, and robust cost accounting. If you are a numbers expert who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and loves optimizing systems, we want to hear from you. Additionally, experience with the implementation of ERP systems would be a significant advantage and 5 years experience in manufacturing is required. A CPA is preferred but not required. This position is 100% onsite in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and is direct hire with a full benefits package.

BachelorsResponsibilities Prepare, analyze and report monthly and quarterly financial results; provide variance analysis and insights to support management's decision making Manage balance sheet and ensure timely reconciliations Develop cash flow forecasts

• assess current processes and implement improvements to AR/AP Manage month end close; review and approve journal entries, recons and account analysis Cost accounting
• standing costing, inventory valuation and reconciliation, cost of goods sold accuracy Lead internal audits
• track production costs and alignment with financial reporting; oversee inventory counts, perform cost driver analysis and margin analysis for products Assist with implementation of new ERP
