This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while contributing to process improvements and business growth. Key Responsibilities – Accountant Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications – Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, public accounting, or related environment Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills CPA designation or CPA-track experience preferred but not required EB-3722132475
