Job Description
Responsibilities:
Preparation of the monthly financials for Parkway LP and Holding Companies. Calculation of quarterly advisory fees. Prepare quarterly billing statements. Assist in preparation of the Budget and Business plans. Enter payments from clients in QuickBooks, prepare deposit slips, and take them to the bank. Reconciliation of Bank accounts. Compile the information that is needed for Parkway's income tax return. Prepare Forms 1099-NEC for contract labor and board fees. Ability to work with and learn from all departments within Parkway. (Investments, Statutory Accounting, Consulting and SEC Compliance). Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients or sensitive information.
