Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenue, and bank deposits Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Conduct monthly account reconciliations and periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Accrue monthly payroll transactions, revenue and expenses Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth Collaborate with management and other departments to support strategic financial decisions Required Skills and Qualifications Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate financial computations Confident decision making for financial transactions Ability to thrive in a team environment Be accountable for meeting all commitments Proficiency in accounting principles, procedures, and software. Preferably QuickBooks, NetSuite or Workday Attention to detail and critical thinking to identify discrepancies and prevent errors Effective communication skills to present complex financial information clearly Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or at least 5 years of accounting experience
Pay:
$44,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
