Accountant Specialist

Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial support Assist in Budget preparation Support compliance and audit preparation

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate reports Knowledge in basic budget development and financial reporting processes Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and financial operations Effective communication skills, problem solving, and analytical thinking

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in government or public sector CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred
