Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 8+ years of experience needed: 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred- Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD) 4+ years of Industry Experience, with progression
- in Accounting or Finance capacity High degree of professionalism required
- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.
GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC
