full-time Staff Accountant Position Summary The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with strong attention to detail who wants to build experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments. Perform monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation. Prepare and analyze financial reports and account schedules. Review transactions for accuracy and investigate discrepancies. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities. Perform account and expense variance analysis. Assist with fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure accounting. Support internal and external audit requests. Maintain compliance with company policies and

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
