Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Short-term Intern (approx. 2 months) to join our Accounting Team based in Grand Prairie, TX. In this role you will assist mainly with the recertification of customers for AML/KYC for AHNA and assist the A/R group in filing and getting invoices out to the customers. Meet the

Our Finance and Accounting team members need excellent analytical and communication skills to successfully manage our financial portfolio. Our teams provide key analytics•from month-end closing to performance management analysis for our partners. Your Challenges:
Primary Responsibilities:
AML/KYC recertification: 65% Setting up plan for recertification process Launch the collection of the recertification documents from customers Coordinating the clearance process
Supporting A/R Group:
35% Upload A/R documents to OnBase Deliver invoices to customers (by email or loading to customer database-Coupa)
Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned.

Must be currently local to the DFW metro area Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience Must be a team player capable or managing multiple simultaneous tasks with potentially overlapping deadlines; general clerical office routines, such as typing and filing. Excellent U.S. English Written and Oral communication skills; requires the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with internal and external customers at all levels of personnel Ability to use computers and associated software, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Authorized to Work in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship
Preferred:
Pursuing college degree Previous work experience preferred Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer. daily Squatting /

able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. occasionally

able to stand for discussions in offices. occasionally
Travel:
able to travel independently and at short notice. rarely
Walking:
able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
