$90,000•$115,000 per year Job Details•The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Accounting Manager with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. This role requires strong full-cycle accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented healthcare environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process to ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial results Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations Prepare month-end accruals and supporting analyses to identify missing or misclassified expenses Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate reporting under cash and accrual accounting frameworks Audit and tax preparation Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role Proficiency in journal entries, variance analysis, and assisting with audits Strong understanding of GAAP and other applicable accounting standards and regulations6.
