Staff Accountant:
Prepare and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Support financial reporting, including internal reports and audit preparation. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and internal financial policies. Maintain accurate records for grants, donor funds, and restricted accounts. Qualifications of the
Staff Accountant:
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit or healthcare organizations. Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles. Proficiency with accounting software and Excel; experience with financial reporting tools preferred. #
