Job Description
TrippCo Builders is the construction arm of a family of real estate companies based in Harker Heights. We renovate, build, and sell homes across the Killeen-Temple area. We move fast, and everybody here owns their piece of the work. The role We're looking for the person who keeps our projects from falling through the cracks
- and who keeps our vendor relationships strong while helping us build new ones. You'll be the one who knows where every job stands
- what's ordered, what's scheduled, which vendor said they'd be there Tuesday and whether they actually showed.
- budgets, timelines, documents, status Track bids and quotes from subcontractors and vendors; follow up until you have what we need Coordinate scheduling across trades so jobs move without gaps Be the steady point of contact for our vendors and subs
- hold them to commitments, deliveries, and dates while keeping the relationship strong Help us find and bring on new vendors and subcontractors as we grow Manage permits and inspections so nothing gets missed Reconcile vendor invoices against approved bids and flag variances immediately Deliver a daily project status update to the owner Support the owner's calendar and priorities as the schedule allows Travel to job sites in a company vehicle to verify status and gather information What we're looking for Experience in construction, homebuilding, remodeling, real estate, or title•enough to read a bid and know what a change order is Genuinely organized.

- 52,000 base , depending on experience $750 bonus per project closed Quarterly performance bonus up to $750, based on: budget variances reported promptly, no missed permits or inspections, vendor invoices reconciled monthly, project schedules kept current Company vehicle for work travel Realistic first-year total: $61,000
