Senior Accountant $90,000 - 100,000 + Bonus We're partnering with a fast-growing, industrial services company in Southeast Houston that's making big moves and growing exponentially. As part of this growth, they are strengthening their accounting team and adding a Senior Accountant to support increased financial reporting, operational complexity, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the full accounting cycle while partnering closely with leadership.

What You'll Do As A Senior Accountant:

Manage full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Partner with operations and leadership to improve processes and reporting accuracy Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support audits and work closely with external auditors Drive process improvements and assist with system enhancements

What We're Looking For:

3 - 5 years of progressive accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why This Role?
