Summary of Position The Staff Accountant, Financial Reporting will primarily be responsible for supporting the timely, accurate, and consistent preparation of financial statements and reports required by the company, its external auditors, the SEC, and other regulatory authorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work with the Manager of Financial Reporting to prepare and coordinate SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, XBRL, Proxy) Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Consolidate financial information through Oracle/FCCS for reporting Prepare and review reporting schedules, variance analyses, and account reconciliations supporting SEC filings and management reporting Perform detailed tie-outs of financial statement footnotes and other external reporting materials Prepare earnings release tables and assist with investor relations reporting Participate in quarterly reviews and year-end audits, including preparation of audit support and coordination with external auditors Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of financial reporting and internal controls and processes Maintain compliance with financial reporting controls and documentation Collaborate with accounting, f inancial planning , investor relations, legal, and operations teams Support accounting research projects and preparation of disclosure documentation Support government surveys, special projects, and ad hoc requests Qualifications Expected for Position Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 1+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or a corporate accounting environment Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Comfortable working with general ledger, consolidation, and financial reporting systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including accounting, tax, f inancial planning , legal, and external auditors Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Accounting or related field Experience supporting SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K

candidate, or actively pursuing CPA certification Experience with Oracle, FCCS, or similar financial reporting and consolidation systems The base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $79,000 . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions. We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
