Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform recurring bank account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure balances are accurate.
- Prepare and enter journal entries with a high level of accuracy and in accordance with established timelines.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities by organizing schedules and completing assigned accounting tasks.
- Produce financial reports and provide data-driven support for management review and decision-making.
- Maintain reliable accounting documentation and help preserve the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Reconcile balance sheet and other key accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide backup support for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions when business needs require it.
- Assist with budget-related reporting, audit support, and compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
